PantaLogos
Church Content. Built on Your Pastor's Voice.

The Sunday sermon
is just the beginning.

One sermon. A full week of content — in your pastor's voice.

A sermon takes 15–20 hours to prepare and 45 minutes to preach. Then it's gone.

Your communications team is too stretched to extend it, and your congregation moves on before the teaching has time to take root. The message your pastor labored over reaches your congregation once — and then competes with everything else in their week.

Panta Logos changes that. We build a complete content system around every Sunday sermon — delivered within 48 business hours of receiving your sermon, written in your pastor's voice, rooted in the text. The message keeps working all week. Your team keeps their sanity. And your church communicates with the consistency and depth of a much larger operation.

The message keeps working.

Social posts, newsletters, and devotionals carry the sermon's teaching through the full week — reinforcing what your congregation heard on Sunday.

Your team gets their capacity back.

Your communications director stops starting from scratch every week. The content is done, reviewed, and ready — before Monday morning.

Your pastor's voice stays intact.

Every piece of content is built on a custom voice profile — so it sounds like your pastor wrote it, not like AI generated it.

A pipeline built around your pastor's voice — with a human in the loop on every delivery.

01
Voice Profile
We ingest 8–12 of your pastor's recent sermons and build a custom voice profile — word choice, sentence rhythm, theological emphasis, and rhetorical patterns. The profile deepens with every sermon you send.
02
Sermon Decomposition
Each Sunday's sermon is structured into teaching points, scriptural anchors, and applications — the raw material every derivative draws from.
03
Content Generation
Format-specific derivatives are generated against the voice profile and the sermon structure — social posts, newsletter, devotionals, small group guide, and clip brief.

Built for growing churches with a full-time communications team.

If your pastor teaches expositionally every Sunday, posts sermons online, and your communications director is stretched thin — Panta Logos was built for you.

We work with evangelical churches in growth mode. Our system learns your pastor's voice, theological commitments, and communication style — and gets better every week.

  • 500–2,000 weekly attendance
  • Expository preaching, sermons posted online
  • One full-time communications staff member
  • Evangelical alignment — SBC, EFCA, PCA, Acts 29, non-denominational, and similar expository traditions

Your comms director is overworked. Your pastor's sermon deserves more reach. We solve both problems without adding to anyone's plate.

The rate you start at is the rate you keep.

Whatever rate you sign at is locked for as long as you stay enrolled. As Panta Logos grows, our rates rise for new churches — never for the ones already with us. Twelve-month initial term, billed monthly, month-to-month after the first year. New clients are accepted by application.

What this looks like in practice.

Roughly 15 pieces of content per week, fully written in your pastor's voice, delivered within 48 business hours — the equivalent of a part-time communications hire, without the salary, training, or management overhead.

Pricing includes everything: voice profile maintenance, weekly delivery, content revisions, and direct access to the team building your content. No setup fees beyond the one-time onboarding. No per-piece pricing. No surprises.

Founding cohort

Ten founding partnerships — at a lower rate, locked for as long as you're with us.

The first ten churches to come aboard join as founding partners at a reduced monthly rate, below the pricing above. The rate lock applies the same way it does for everyone: your founding rate holds for as long as you stay enrolled, no matter how far our standard rates climb after you.

Spots are first-come, and once the ten are filled the founding rate closes for good — it doesn't reopen. In exchange, founding partners work with us on a short case study as their results come in.

We don't publish the founding rate. We'd rather walk you through it in a short conversation, alongside exactly what your church's content week would look like — and tell you honestly whether a founding spot is still open.
Onboarding fee covers voice profile build, sermon corpus analysis, and first-week production setup.

Common questions from churches considering Panta Logos.

Will the content actually sound like our pastor, or like AI?

Every piece of content is built on a custom voice profile created from your pastor's existing sermons. The profile captures word choice, sentence rhythm, theological emphasis, and rhetorical patterns — and gets refined with every sermon we receive. The result reads like your pastor wrote it on a Tuesday morning, not like AI generated it.

What's your theological framework? Do you align with our denomination?

We work within historic evangelical theology — the authority and inerrancy of Scripture, the centrality of the gospel, and orthodox doctrine on the Trinity, salvation, and the church. During onboarding, we build a profile of your church's specific theological commitments — denominational distinctives, doctrinal sensitivities, and preferred Bible translation — and every piece of content is checked against that profile before delivery.

Who owns the content we receive?

You do. All content delivered to your church is yours to use, edit, publish, and reuse however you want. The pastor's voice profile is a proprietary artifact we maintain to power your service — if you ever pause or stop, we retain it so we can pick up exactly where we left off if you return. Your sermon recordings remain your own intellectual property at all times.

What happens if our pastor leaves the church?

We keep delivering — content rooted in the new pastor's sermons and checked against your church's theological profile (which doesn't change when a pastor changes). The new voice profile rebuilds in the background as we ingest the new pastor's teaching, typically reaching full fidelity by around week six. During transitions with guest preachers or an interim, we can adjust scope or pause specific deliverables if you'd prefer. Founder pricing remains locked in for churches that started under those terms.

How does weekly delivery actually work — when do you need the sermon?

Send us your sermon by Monday morning (audio, video, or transcript — whatever's easiest). Your full week of content is delivered within 48 business hours, typically by Tuesday end of day. That gives your communications team time to schedule everything before Wednesday.

What's involved in onboarding?

The first three to four weeks. We start with a sermon corpus analysis — ingesting 8–12 of your pastor's recent sermons to build the initial voice profile. Next is a theological commitments interview to capture your church's distinctives, sensitivities, and preferences. Then we deliver your first week. From there, the system runs week by week, with the voice profile refining itself with every sermon.

Let's start a conversation.

We work with a limited number of churches at a time to ensure every client gets the attention their pastor's voice deserves. If you're curious whether Panta Logos is a fit, reach out — no pressure, no pitch.

We'll start with a conversation about your church, your pastor's teaching, and your communications team's current workload.
