If you become a Panta Logos client, we collect additional information necessary to deliver our services, including sermon material, voice profile data, payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor), and operational details about your church. This information is governed by our Service Agreement, which you sign separately.

- Provide our services to active clients (sermon analysis, content generation, delivery)

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content to non-clients. Our communications with website visitors are limited to direct, transactional responses to inquiries.

4.2 Services Used for Active Clients (Additional)

- Anthropic Claude API — sermon material provided by Clients is processed using Anthropic's Claude API to generate derivative content. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models, and content is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms. Anthropic Privacy Policy
We may add or change service providers from time to time. When we do, we will update this Policy.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:
- With the third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate our business and deliver our services
- If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- In the event of a business sale or merger, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by this Policy

We retain inquiry form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for our business records and legal obligations, typically up to seven (7) years. Client data is retained according to the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below; we will honor deletion requests subject to any legal retention requirements.
