When you complete the inquiry form on our Site, we collect information you submit, which may include:

• Your role at your church (e.g., Lead Pastor, Communications Director)

• Your church's average weekly attendance
• What brought you to Panta Logos
• Your pastor's preaching style
• Your interest in our services and case study willingness

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, our hosting provider may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This information is used solely for hosting operations and security. We do not currently use website analytics tools or tracking cookies.

2.3 Information from Active Clients

If you become a Panta Logos client, we collect additional information necessary to deliver our services, including sermon material, voice profile data, payment information (processed by our third-party payment processor), and operational details about your church. This information is governed by our Service Agreement, which you sign separately.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• Communicate with you about our services in direct response to your inquiry
• Provide our services to active clients (sermon analysis, content generation, delivery)
• Process payments and manage client accounts
• Maintain our internal business records

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content to non-clients. Our communications with website visitors are limited to direct, transactional responses to inquiries.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following third-party services that may process information you provide. Each provider has its own privacy policy:

4.1 Services Used for All Visitors

• HoneyBook — processes inquiry forms, schedules discovery calls, and manages client communications. HoneyBook Privacy Policy
• Netlify — hosts our website and provides server infrastructure. Netlify Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace — provides our email service (hello@pantalogos.com). Google Privacy Policy

4.2 Services Used for Active Clients (Additional)

• Stripe — processes payments via HoneyBook. We do not directly access or store your payment card information. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google Drive — stores client sermon material and content deliverables in shared folders. Google Privacy Policy
• Google Meet — used for video calls with prospects and clients. Google Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude API — sermon material provided by Clients is processed using Anthropic's Claude API to generate derivative content. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models, and content is processed under Anthropic's commercial terms. Anthropic Privacy Policy

We may add or change service providers from time to time. When we do, we will update this Policy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only:

• With the third-party service providers listed above, solely to operate our business and deliver our services
• If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
• In the event of a business sale or merger, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by this Policy

6. Data Retention

We retain inquiry form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for our business records and legal obligations, typically up to seven (7) years. Client data is retained according to the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below; we will honor deletion requests subject to any legal retention requirements.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights including:

• The right to request correction of inaccurate information

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This Site and our services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@pantalogos.com and we will promptly delete it.

10. International Users

Panta Logos primarily serves churches in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and provide information to us, you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our Site, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
