Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pantalogos.com (the "Site"), operated by Panta Logos LLC ("Panta Logos," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization (such as a church), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults aged eighteen (18) or older who are authorized representatives of churches or church-related organizations. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you may:

• View and read the content on the Site
• Submit an inquiry through our contact form
• Request information about our services
• Schedule a discovery call with our team

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our networks
• Use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, copy, or extract content from the Site without our express written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the inquiry form
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Site without our express written permission.

5.3 Trademarks

"Panta Logos" and the Panta Logos logo are trademarks of Panta Logos LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. Inquiry Form Submissions

Submitting information through our inquiry form is not an offer or acceptance of services. It is a request for information only. A binding service relationship is created only upon execution of a written Service Agreement between Panta Logos and your church.

By submitting the inquiry form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your church.

7. Pricing and Service Information

Pricing, deliverables, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. They may change from time to time without notice. Actual pricing, scope, and terms applicable to any client engagement are governed exclusively by the executed Service Agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with information on the Site.

8. Service Agreement Reference

If you become a Panta Logos client, your relationship with us regarding the delivery and receipt of services is governed by a separately-executed Service Agreement. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not modify or supersede any Service Agreement.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate, though we make reasonable efforts to keep it so.

11. Limitation of Liability

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Panta Logos LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any false or misleading information you submit through the Site.

13. Modifications to the Site or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the current version became effective. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

The Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under or related to these Terms through good-faith negotiation between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from one Party to the other, the Parties agree to participate in non-binding mediation conducted by a neutral mediator mutually agreed upon by the Parties, with the mediation to occur within sixty (60) days of either Party's written demand for mediation. The Parties will share the costs of the mediator equally.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute within ninety (90) days of either Party's written demand for mediation, or if either Party refuses to participate in mediation in good faith, then either Party may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. The prevailing Party in any such litigation is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Panta Logos LLC regarding your use of the Site. Any executed Service Agreement is a separate agreement governing the service relationship and is not modified or affected by these Terms.
